Eight stages, four sign-offs. Nothing moves forward until you have approved it, and every approval is recorded in your project page.

From the day you send your brief, your project page has a design studio: collection plan, frame renders, colourways and packaging. Your designer starts from your shortlist.
Start with a design proposal
Not ready to commit to a full collection? Pay a smaller design fee for three to five proposals. The fee is credited against your first bulk order.
Sample changes included
Up to two rounds of changes on your samples are part of the price. You approve the final sample, and bulk production is matched to it.
Your designs stay yours
Each custom design is made for one brand only. We can sign an NDA before you share anything, and your files are visible only to your project team.
Payments
Payment terms are written into your quote. Typically there is a deposit once you approve the quote, and the balance once you approve the inspection report and before shipping.
Payments are made by bank transfer, outside this website. Your project page shows where each project stands.
